Mind and Body Connection

I first started boxing when I was a teenager and had the chance to compete in amateur fights. I loved it but got away from it for various reasons. I’ve gotten back to it recently and train at Johnny Tocco's Gym in Vegas @toccosboxing . Boxing is a great way to get into or stay in shape. It helps with focus, concentration & overall health much like meditation does. .

Midlife (ages 35+ or so) is a great time to go back & get in touch with the things you loved when you were young. It creates a connection back to that part of yourself that was hopeful, expansive and creative. It’s never too late to recapture your passions!
